Challenge

When Cloudera asked us to take the EVOLVE conference to the next level, we knew this would be an opportunity to craft something bold and memorable.

The EVOLVE conference series needed to captivate Enterprise Leaders, IT and Data Innovators and Visionaries. EVOLVE24 had to become more than just another tech conference—it needed to radiate energy, ambition, and AI-driven leadership, putting Cloudera front and center and elevating EVOLVE as the premier data and AI experience.

Spanning seven countries from Singapore to São Paulo, and New York to Paris, Cloudera needed a brand that would make an impact and leave a lasting impression across continents.

Humanitiv met with Cloudera teams to understand the right event positioning, goals, and the event’s strategic direction.

We dug into competitor and industry benchmarking, reviewing other major tech events and conferences, identifying industry trends and the need to differentiate EVOLVE24 as a unique data and AI experience.

Humanitiv conducted Audience Analysis to understand partners, sponsors, clients, and attendees, identifying their expectations, preferences and goals to develop an immersive experience.

Humanitiv created an exciting and compelling brand identity for EVOLVE, with a powerful wordmark and colors that were bold, vibrant, captivating, – reflecting the power and energy behind EVOLVE.

Brand patterns reflected dynamic movement – from the signature wave to the “circle of fire” – and were implemented to create striking digital and real world banners, plus everything from stickers to signage, with a clear set of brand guidelines the ensure that all conferences reflect the EVOLVE brand with consistency and brand integrity throughout.

The event branding resonated deeply with participants, setting EVOLVE24 apart in a crowded space. It left a lasting impression, bringing clarity, consistency, and creative flair across every touchpoint, from keynote stages to digital assets, paving the way for what’s next.
